Dear ALSA users
Alsa is working fine in real time in full duplex mode,
I mean I can say and hear my speech at the same time
using latency.c provided by alsa with my Delta 44
card. But when I try to do speech processing, I get
wierd background noise with the actual signal.

I think that is the problem. Did you compile kernel, tool and oss
