I was looking at some grant funding before the state introduced the
matching funds requirement. Once you add the increased costs to meet the
grant requirements and add a match you're probably better off to just do it
yourself, at least for "smaller" projects.

We've received 4 decent size state grants, still working on the last one
which was CPF funded. At this point honestly I don't want to do any more
grant projects, so I would be happy if BEAD is stalled or cancelled.
