We install different type of sensors on gates, doors and critical equipment
which send alarms to water companies central control and on call techs.
All sites have back up generators with alarms as well. Some key sites
have cameras with motion sensor notifications.

I have found the locks at tower sites set to the last 4 digits of the phone
number posted on the sign on the gate.
Also, may of those gold colored master 4 digit combo locks have their combo
dialed in
