We install different type of sensors on gates, doors and critical equipment which send alarms to water companies central control and on call techs. All sites have back up generators with alarms as well. Some key sites have cameras with motion sensor notifications. With the amount of money invested on tower sites, you'd think they'd implement similar practices.
