No idea. Has to do with atmospheric pressure I presume. Some magic number
inherent to venturies.

Did you look at using a used turbo and blow compressor air in one side
and use the boost side as a vac? probably could get some better results
that way I would think.

I use an auger to dig them, vac to clear them. Same thing with the
airspade/airvac combo. I dont do posts less than 48 inches. Whats really

company, the old primaries were failed

I know two venturies in series will increase the air flow, and airflow
is the name of the game. Got get the spoils moving fast.
I have come to learn that suction/vacuum is analogous to voltage and
CFM is like current and CFM X vacuum = a units called
PhD I always get the cases wrong.
Similar to kWh but that one I remember.

I hit about 10,000 rocks per post hole. Many too big for a vac hose, and many
just big enough to clog it.
I might have to try it anyway.

I watched a crew it. They had a pressure washer and a shop vac. Did potholing
for directional drilling. Pretty rocky here.

I also just have a shop vac hose, if theres moisture the dirt collects on
the sides with a shop vac and loses lift. That's how I've always dug post
holes.

I think you would have better luck with a strong shop vac and a 30 gallon drum.
I have seen guys do that and it worked OK. Air powered vacuum producers work
but I don’t know how well. Sometimes they are called eductors or ejectors.
