Dan If its that much money your paying. I would just start filling FCC
499 forms with a not owing anything. Then provide your 499 filer number
to them with a USF exepmt form.

recall seeing someone's advertisement saying "order a p2p with us and stop
paying the USF". Digging into it more it looks like if you can confirm its
internet traffic USF wouldn't apply to the links.
