I know some of you guys are also using p2p links for peering and such, I recall seeing someone's advertisement saying "order a p2p with us and stop paying the USF". Digging into it more it looks like if you can confirm its internet traffic USF wouldn't apply to the links.
Hopefully someone on the list has more info. We have likely wasted a hundred grand + over the years and as we bump all of our links to 100G its only going to sky rocket. Thanks! Dan
