I'm finding my client account runs out of money sometimes (I do
prepayments on the adwords account).
AccountService.getMccAlerts never tells me that the account has run
out of money. (I always get an empty repsonse back from it).
Is there some other way to find out about this?

Is there a way from within the Adwords APIs to tell when an ad is not
running because it is "Under Review"? What about "Pending Review"?
