Well, I get a low budget balance warning in the interface when I log in as the client, or when I try to view the client account logged in as the MCC account owner.
However, the MCC account console doesn't say anything, and the only indication of things going awry in the Adwords API is that suddenly my campaigns go from Active to Suspended. Thanks, mark.
