Hi, When importing older campaigns that do not have CampaignService.TargetRestrictSetting enabled, how do we distinguish between Broad Reach and Specific Reach. In 201206 and older, we could determine this with the targetContentContextual flag, but now it's not clear how to do that. Thanks.

Hi Alex, I don't think you have a choice about useTargetRestrict = true with 201206 and newer, which are now the only supported API versions. This flag is automatically set for newly created campaigns, presumably because the AdWords team wants to encourage all campaigns to move to Flexible Reac
