NetworkSetting searchParameters filter doesn't work with AdWords API PHP library

When using the keyword tool, I get the following results manually: keyword: unlock iphone (exact match) local monthly searches: 9900 google search network: 22,200 When using the PHP API v201302 TargetingIdeaService, I can get only the 9900 result. I cannot get the 22,200 result. I added this code
