I am getting this error when uploading conversions that used "wbraid"
instead of "gclid":
ERROR: Customer is not allowlisted for accessing this feature., at
conversions[0].wbraid

I have already sent a message
here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/gethelp to request a Google Ads
Representative.
But this process shouldn't be like this. Too much hassle to be able to get
access to a needed tracking feature.

I implemented the Google Ads API because Conversion Tracking based in
cookies / JS is going to end in the near future. I did this with all the
major ad platforms.
The problem with Google is that the Google Ads API does not behave the same
as the Google Ads Conversion Tag.
