Hi,
I'm in the same position as well.
I have just one product per ad group and many keywords related to this
product.
So I wanted to set the adparam directly to the ad, regardless the keyword.

Would also like to see ad params at the adgroup or ad level. Never had a
good reason for setting them at the keyword level.

Hi Justin,
Just wanted to say I'm in exactly the same position as you. I just want to
update the price in my ad, it seems crazy you have to do this for each
keyword. As the [criterionId] is required I can't see anyway around it.
It's seems to me this is a feature the developers want, look
Hi Justin
I like you am publishing 1 product per ad & 1 ad per adgroup
I have typically 15 keywords per item.
I update them 400 at a time. The updates are cheap at 0.1
Marking them first in the database for update, then looping over a SQL
query with a limit 400 on it & sending up 400 operations
Hi Justin,
as you suspected, you'll have to update every adParam for every keyword
criterion in the concerned ad group, I do not believe that there is any
other way to achieve what you want.
What makes matters worse is that AdParamOperation mutate operations are not
supported by the BulkMutateJ
I've been using the API for several things, and recently wanted to use it
to set the prices displayed on my ads.
The adGroups are arraigned so that they are each related to a product. I
simply (I really thought this would be simple) want to update the param1
value in all ads in a given adGro
