unfortunately I have not found a functional way to do this, neither in the
docs, nor by trying.

How can I update a campaign and set the cpc_bid_micros on campaign level. I
know how to set it on adwords level but not how to do the same for the
campaign aswell..
I am using the ads v14 api.
