The first call to the sandbox initializes 5 test accounts for you, so
running
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/trunk/examples/v201101/GetAllCampaigns.php
against the sandbox should initialize the sandbox and create the test

Can anybody please post the PHP code for creating the sandbox account using
v201101,i have tried all possible help that i could find but i'm not able
