Hi, The first call to the sandbox initializes 5 test accounts for you, so running http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/trunk/examples/v201101/GetAllCampaigns.php against the sandbox should initialize the sandbox and create the test accounts. As for the credentials,
Email/Password: Your gmail email/password (e.g. john....@gmail.com) ClientEmail: client_1+youremail to client_5+youremail (e.g. client_1+john....@gmail.com) Developer token: youremail++CUR, where CUR is the currency code you want to use for your accounts (e.g. john....@gmail.com++USD).
