Further to what Marco said, v13 report service is being sunset, so you
should migrate to v201101. You could refer to
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reportingtopics.html for details on
how to use the v201101 reports. Supported report types and column names are
documented at

The service will become unavailable on 2011.07.22

will i download the scheduled report from Google on MCC level. I am

Hi,
We typically give four months before we sunset a service, and I would
expect at least as much time for the v13 ReportService.

v13 report service is still available for use. The most likely reason
for this error is a wrong credential being sent to the server. You
might want to check if you are sending the right credentials to the
