Hi Ator, v13 report service is still available for use. The most likely reason for this error is a wrong credential being sent to the server. You might want to check if you are sending the right credentials to the server (it could probably be a wrong credential in your app's settings, or a recent change to your account settings - a change in login email/password/account linking, etc.).
As for structure reports, they won't be supported as such in v2010, but you can use other report types to get the same set of data.
