I am trying to make API calls to retrieve campaign metrics at various
granularity from the USER LOCATION VIEW resource.
I did the API call at for the SAME CUSTOMER and for the SAME DATE RANGE for
the below location hierarchy:
1) GEO TARGET METRO
2) GEO TARGET CITY
3) GEO TARGET POS
