Based on the information provided, it appears that the number of clicks reported in the POSTAL CODE data for the METRO REGION does not match the number of clicks reported in the GEO TARGET METRO data for the same METRO REGION. Kindly note that the number of clicks will be different at city, postal code and metro level. In order to investigate your issue further, kindly provide us with the complete API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end and uncropped UI screenshot of the Google Ads account (with visible customer ID) by highlighting the fields and metrics for which you want to retrieve using the Google Ads API. If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
