Hello William,
This post is 2.5 years old, please start a new thread instead of
resurrecting an old one. I will close this one now.
You can use proxy with the current AdWords API library, it is configured in
the settings.ini, see:

Anash,
The link you've posted is broken (I understand this discussion was quite
some time ago) but I am interested in this topic, as I am creating an swf
for a client to upload to adwords, but it needs to be able to pull data
from a database at *their* *domain. * I'm getting cross-domain errors
Hi Olaf,
I don't remember if 2.0.1 allowed a proxy to be set, but the latest
version (2.2.0) does. See
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/trunk/src/Google/Api/Ads/AdWords/settings.ini#30
for details.
Cheers,
Anash P. Oommen,
AdWords API Advisor.

We are using PHP Client Library 2.0.1 (aw_api_php_lib_2.0.1). We need
to access google adwords via a proxy server.
In the settings.ini only DEFAULT_SERVER="https://adwords.google.com";
can be set.
Is there any way to set a proxy server?
Kind regards,
Olaf Fischer
