Hi Olaf, I don't remember if 2.0.1 allowed a proxy to be set, but the latest version (2.2.0) does. See http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/trunk/src/Google/Api/Ads/AdWords/settings.ini#30 for details.
