Regarding type #1, that information is available at all levels (Campaign,
Ad Group, Ad, Keyword) and you can rely on it.
Regarding type #2, the exiting phone/call columns we expose in the API
(both in the Stats object and the reports) are no longer being populated.

I'm wondering what people's thoughts are about whether Google is
likely to add Call Metric functions to the API? We are a telecom's
company and would like to send CDR's (Call Data Records) to the API so
that GA can display data for our clients telephone numbers (which we
