Hi Reed, Regarding type #1, that information is available at all levels (Campaign, Ad Group, Ad, Keyword) and you can rely on it.
Regarding type #2, the exiting phone/call columns we expose in the API (both in the Stats object and the reports) are no longer being populated. In the next version of the API we plan to expose additional columns that will contain data that matches the UI. I don't have any updates regarding #3.
