We currently deploy new campaigns based on campaign template. When we
create a new campaign, all the links are updated and new extensions are
created. Everything works well except the callout and structured snippet
extensions final URLs do not get changed. My question is:
Where does Google get
Can you confirm that GetCampaigns should be run from command line also?
How would you do this on 3rd party host?

Although the results haven't changed, I have found a workaround by
using the STATS instead of IDEAS for the requestType
