Callout Extensions & Structured Snippet Extensions

We currently deploy new campaigns based on campaign template. When we create a new campaign, all the links are updated and new extensions are created. Everything works well except the callout and structured snippet extensions final URLs do not get changed. My question is: Where does Google get
