listed on the documentation page and sandbox rejected them when we try to

Authentication (login/password) is not related to the account
identification (clientEmail / clientCustomerId). There is no change into
authorization schema (ClientLogin / OAuth).
For identification, you can use both clientCustomerId and clientEmail for
versions v201101 and earlier

We're using the .NET Client Lib v13.0.0 to download Ad Hoc reports
from the v201109 API. On one single account the
KEYWORDS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT allways fails with an (500) Internal

I am using adwords api php library aw_api_php_lib_2.7.0 (v201109) in
'XAMP(1.7.0)' for getting related keywords.
I have made the changes in auth.in file and settings.ini file to use
it for a sandbox account.
My auth.ini file look like this :
