I've searched through the PHP API Documentation, this AdWords API
Group, and further abroad online and I can't find any solution for
this error I get when I try to download reports.
I'm using the Live API Servers and a fresh copy of the PHP Libary
code.

Solved it! I moved my AW-SRC folder from the working script over to
the new script and updated client id and that seemed to fix it.

At this time it is not available. I too thought it odd that a feature
present in V1-V13 of the API for daily aggregation as well as
reporting at Campaign|AdGroup and Keyword level to be omitted in
V201003 (V200909 did not include reporting methods).

After making this bug report, I went through all the report types and
fields in v201003 to see which worked and which don't. Here's a list
of fields by report type that don't work (either the field is omitted
from the response, or the whole query fails with
"InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API
