substantially similar) geo-coder logic that maps.google.com uses, so
testing there should be a good indication of what's going on behind
the scenes.

I've been doing a PPC campaign for about a week now, it's my first
time doing a campaign using google adwords, and even though my Maximum
daily budget has been reached, my ad is still showing up when I search
