We have a need for a programmer or company that can support and maintain a site that uses Google API AdWords. Can anyone suggest a reliable source?

I'm acutely aware of developers' desire to have more control over retrieving their account data (both via full dumps and via deltas) and it's something that I have conveyed to the rest of the team in the past and recently. However, I can't comment on whether certain functionality will or will not make it into a future release of the AdWords API.
