I now see that backups are failing with "Failed 1"

It's difficult to debug this any further without
seeing some logs and traces. If you have not done so already,
please open a PMR with IBM support.

Correct, we had to change our persmissions and create a separate 'log in' for
TSM.
Also, for incremental backups, the 'circular logging' must be disabled on the
Exchange DB server.

Will open a case. The "log in" for the TDP service is the same account I use
when I run a manual backup As far as i know it's the only service configured
like that, the rest are all created using local system accounts.
