Hi Jerome, It's difficult to debug this any further without seeing some logs and traces. If you have not done so already, please open a PMR with IBM support.
I can tell you that in just about 100% of the cases... ... if you can run it successfully manually, but it fails when you run it as a scheduled command, it is most likely that the "Log in as:" account for the TSM services (scheduler, CAD, and AGENT) lacks the proper permissions. The IBM Service team should be able to assist with that.
