Talk to your IBM Technical Rep in your area. They can send you roadmaps.
Normally is Roadmaps not official so other companies such EMC and HP can see it.

Mac TSM Client 5.5.2.3 was posted on July 5, and its documentation says
it fixes the problem described in IC61544.
Judging by its timestamp on the FTP server, which is Sunday of a long
holiday weekend, somebody at IBM/Tivoli worked over the holiday to get
this out. THANK YOU!

I normally don't use the ISC or WebGUI to define any drives or libraries.
But you need to define the path between.
Another thing I see is that the Serial number that you specify on both strings
is different.
Try to use the command line instead of the GUI,

I don't know about 3583, but with 3584 one shouldn't use the TSM
supplied drivers. IBM provides a so called 'lintape' (ex IBMtape)
