We've got an issue regarding the TDPSQL.
We have a TSM Server on Windows v5.4.1.0.
We have a SQL Server 2005.
Client wise we tried with the following configurations:

Hi,
Only way I've found (after investigating the client) to remove this
(annoying) event is by updating the schedule the client is associated with.
eg.
q assoc < work out which schedule the client is linked to. in this case
SCHEDULE_1 in the domain DOMAIN

TSM was backing up. I also have new servers that replaced the old servers.
My question is should I leave the old nodes in TSM for a while in case of a
restore is needed? Can I just rename the nodes and point them to the new

Depending on your policies you may need to retain the data for a while.
We rename the node and keep it for our retention period then delete the
backup data.

That depends on you and your company, and company retention. Standard
practice here is to rename the node in TSM if all the data is going to
be the same because unless the file spaces autorename you'll have the
old file spaces separate from the new anyway. This keeps you from

The tsm 5.5 server package for the OS of choice from the passport
advantage site.
