The connections to the TSM-Server (4.1), i.e. tdpoconf showenv works.
But Oracle uses the dummy API instead of the TSM agent (Warning: Oracle

If I remember it correctly the answer to this question is in the readme file
which comes with the client. You have to edit te setup.ini and change a
parameter.

primary copy of backups from one primary pool to another doesn't affect the
copies already in the copy pool.

rename node *before* AND *after*. The trick is to 'keep your wits'
