use q inclexcl client command to check resulting (cloptset+dsm.opt)
include/exclude in normal order (from top to bottom).
You will find that server include/exclude processed first.

It is possible to load it multiple times with the same name. However, I
prefer to rename it for unload purposes. If you load with the same name,
when you type 'unload dsmc
I forgot about the unload.
