Thanks, I used a download software known as "Filezilla" and yes I made
sure I selected the Binary mode transfer. I am sure there is another way
to tranfer the package but I am not aware.

I'm trying to unzip a solaris 6.1.0.0 client and I keep getting

You don't say how you transferred the tarchive to your system. If via FTP,
make sure that you do so using a Binary mode transfer.
