Thanks Zoltan, You may be correct could be a bad/corrupt package I downloaded the package from the FTP site. It appears the TIVsmCapi.pkg portion completed successfully. If I were to try a higher version wouldn' t I have to uninstall that package or can I just leave it and the newer would overwrite?

Suggest downloading a higher/newer version or at least re-downloading this one.
