I have asked our sysadmin who handles the hardware to look at things. I've killed the server process and he is in the process of running diagnostics right now. The disks are SCSI. The strange thing about this is that we upgraded to 4.2.3.0 last Friday. We lost a disk on Saturday (not on the sam
