I have asked our sysadmin who handles the hardware to look at things. I've killed the server process and he is in the process of running diagnostics right now. The disks are SCSI. The strange thing about this is that we upgraded to 4.2.3.0 last Friday. We lost a disk on Saturday (not on the same SCSI adapter). Now we lost a second disk today. This is the first time in 4 years we've had any disk problems. Maybe out numbers just up.
