I have had a number of such problems and found the key to resolving them
usually lies in the operating system error number - in your case
-2147024888.
Check the SQL Server VDI.LOG to confirm, but like Eric says -2147024888
indicates "Not enough storage space is available to process the comm
PROTECTED]

There is a fix to the TSM API that should
solve the problem. Look at APAR IC31617.
You can obtain the Version 4 Release 2, Level 1.20
of the TSM API by going here:
