It is there. One thing that I am thinking is my problem is that on the
oracle server there is no baclient or tdp. We have both installed on the
centralized rman server.

Try running "tdpoconf showenv" on client. If info does not display
or is not complete, then you haven't setup tdpo.opt or other files correctly.

In TSM, you need to be in the habit of looking beyond client-based options files
and consider that
