from the Primary Pool.

There is a "preview=yes" option for restoring a volume, but I don't see
that for restoring files from the client:
Syntax
Use the preview=yes option:
Preview
Specifies if you want to preview but not perform the restore. You can
use this option to identify the offsite volumes required to restore a
storage pool.
