How do I remove myself
Hay TSM'ers.
I have some AIX 4.3.3 servers that TSM is backing up. I have found that 3
file systems are not being backed up
and have not be backed up since February. There is no entry in the exclude
list to keep these from being backed up.
Any thoughts as to what would keep TSM for
We updated a dsm.sys file to take out excludes within the 12 hour window
before the scheduled backup. 10 hours later when the backup ran as
scheduled it backed up
the server but ignored the updates made to the dsm.sys file. Isn't the
dsm.sys file read each time a backup runs? Is there somethi
must be directed attached from a SCSI bus. IBM is letting us boot off the
network now too.
I do not know when it is scheduled but the plan is to be able to boot of the
ESS in the future.
