Not necessarily-- if you want different server versions, you will need to have different environmental variables and separate directories for the different versions. I am running 3 or 4 different servers on each of two 6M1s, and will have 6 production instances on each when I am thru. I opted to

I think what Justin said about having to do extra steps is right (needing additional filesets, specifically)-- I am at ML9, but when I look at the levels of the filesets, they are still below what is indicated as being unaffected, and the instfix doesn't show that APAR. bummer. lisa

Steve-- from my experience, you are better off just sending the label failures back. We kept relabelling the Imations, and even though we got most of them (eventually) labelled, they have been failing since then (thankfully, no lost data). lisa Steve Harris

If I remember correctly, it means that there is some type of corruption on the client. You should ask them to run chkdsk /f on the drive in question, and then see if you still get the error. lisa Zoltan Forray/AC/VCUTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

FWIW, on AIX, even if you aren't backing up NFS mounts, if one of the mounts is hung, then your incremental is hosed and it terminates. I started noticing this behaviour in/around the 3.7 code level. lisa David Longo cc:
