What do you have the Web Versions set to? (Bottom right of the Report
Details tab of the daily report/hourly monitor dialog).
It has to be greater than zero to automatically create the web reports. It
worked for me in both the pre-release and production versions.

Install it on a Windows 2000 Pro machine if you have one. I don't know if
there is an issue with Windows XP, but you are not the first one who
having problems with this ALPHA-BETA version of the TSM reporting tool...

custom summary reports? I sure others have it working, otherwise someone
would have complained by now!
