Hi Mark What do you have the Web Versions set to? (Bottom right of the Report Details tab of the daily report/hourly monitor dialog).
It has to be greater than zero to automatically create the web reports. It worked for me in both the pre-release and production versions. Has anyone else seen this? Was I clear on describing the problem? Am I running an outdated version, I know it is just a Preview?
