True. Seek time is tiny compared to tape mounts. I am just concerned that
the TSM db has to keep track of thousands of volume. How much will it increase
the size of the db. Ours is already 90G at 70% utilized.

Thanks Michael. I reinstalled and chose "Everyone" instead of "Just Me"
during setup and it works now. The tricky part is that "Just Me" is the
default. Why not just change it to "Everyone" so users who use the
default won't get caught.

This is terrible. All the windows clients I installed last week fail with a
rc=4. I called this in yesterday and was told to wait for a callback.
Tivoli cannot add a "new feature" in a PTF without warnings.

The license is stored in the database. Reinstalling the code will not reset
