I create a schedule to backup but I don't see any option to choose file or
directory for backup with Incremental as TSM ver 5.2. It is only available for
backup with selective. When I report, I always see status of schedule : Missed.

Yes, it is hierarchical storage management, and it is available for TSM
clients running AIX, Solaris, and (I think) HP-UX. Unfortunately, there
is not a TSM-based solution for Windows clients at this time
IBM's eventual plans for SanFS include HSM as a policy-based storage

We did an 'import node' and are trying to restore that imported data to
another machine. Using the TDP Exchange Client I can go out, see the
correct Storage Group data and select what I wish for restore. However,
a few tenths of a second after kicking the restore off, we receive an

So you are asking "Can a LTO2 drive read a LTO2 cartridge written in
LTO2 format"?
The answer is it should work! (Perhaps if these are different vendor
drives there could be problems?)
