Try to narrow it - install v5.1.x server on another platform (or new instance on the mainframe) and test the v5.2.0.1 client. If the problem is recreated, you can only report it to IBM and wait for a fix. - you may also try both clean installation of v5.2 client and upgrade over working v5.1 one
