Hello,
the version of the TSA nlm is 4.17 (23 August 1999) running on Netware 4.11 with TSM

What are your versions of Netware (also TSA nlm's), TSM server & client?
Thanks, Peter.
I have trouble download the appropriate device driver. Do you happen to know
the URL for the device drivers.
BTW, we bought Library and drives from StorageTek directly.

Hi Brian
Assuming AIX 5.1 or better, there is etherchannel available as Zlatko has said. We
had trouble making this work - something to do with the capabilities of the switch we
were using.
Another possibility is virtual IP addresses, new with AIX 5.1, which can be bound to
the same or diff
To add slightly to what Zlatko advised...
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/sysmgmt/products/support/IBM_TSM_Supported_Devices_for_AIXHPSUNWIN.html
specifies the levels and specifics you need. Note that IBM specifies in RED that
the IBM device driver is needed.
As always, refer to the lastest server
Hector, pay attention to which version of the LTO driver you install,. this
is what we saw:
Config: Windows 2000 cluster.
STK L700 library microcode 3.0.5.3
6x LTO2 FC drives microcode 327H
LTO driver IBM 5.0.4.0
Emulex LP 9002 adapters
What happend:
I had this problem, very strange with the w2k d
Best approach (IMO) is to create EtherChannel. Thus the load balancing
will be automatic. 1/2 of the nodes does not mean always 1/2 of the data
flow.
Two cards on same IP subnet can accept connections simultaneously on two
addresses but the outbound traffic will be routed only through one of
them.
The answer is no. You have to go at v5.1.6.1 or beyond to have support for
LTO-2. Later proceed as usual - def libr; def path destt=libr; def dri;
def path destt=dri;

Question first. Would the TSM drivers that comes with the TSM package enough
to integrate the STK library and drives?
